I have been a member of WBE for less than a year. I look forward to attending the meetings every month and volunteering for registration and/or membership. I have met a lot of great women at WBE wh
o I consider friends and have also used and enjoyed many of the services that some of our members provide through their excellent businesses; Golem Printing, True Color Hair Design and Lorraine Ohman’s accounting Services to name a few! Additionally I really enjoy bringing new people to the meetings and encouraging them to join.

After 15 years plus of working as an executive assistant in Fortune 500 and non-profit companies and being involved in several political arenas, I went off on my own and started Seattle Cleaning Service in July 2003. My company specializes in residential and small office cleaning and also performs move-in, move-out, getting homes ready to sell, and small construction cleanings. If you would like more information about my cleaning company please check out our website at: http://www.seattlecleaningservice.com.

Cleaning houses has been a way for me to support my passion of documentary filmmaking. I have a film that is in post-production and am now looking for financial donors. This film is an educational documentary about how the murder of James Byrd, Jr. opened the eyes of the Texas legislature to hate crimes and it follows the passage of the James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Act in the Texas legislature. It is my belief that when it is completed it will be used as a teaching tool in middle and high schools nationally as well as shown in film festivals around the world. If you are interested in learning more about my film or making a 100% tax deductible gift, please visit www.lizardproductions.com for more information.
