Charlotte Benson

Living Well Senior Placements LLC provides a highly personalized service for families seeking appropriate, caring homes for their seniors.

Sole proprietor Charlotte Benson helped find new housing for 45 seniors after an assisted living facility where she worked as management consultant was sold. Since then Charlotte and her two standard poodle assistants have continued to find homes for older adults.

Charlotte works one-on-one with each family to get detailed information about their medical and psychological needs. Once this information is gathered, Charlotte selects living options that meet the criteria, and takes family members on a tour of her selections, often including a stop for lattes. She provides guidance to families with a variety of concerns from lonesomeness to end of life issues, helping families to understand the options available to them.

Charlotte assists with finding independent living and assisted living facilities, adult family homes and skilled nursing. She makes recommendations for at-home care, elder attorneys, and others. When the family makes a choice, Charlotte works with the family to coordinate the move. Through her experience, knowledge and personal care, Charlotte eases the process of moving a senior family member to a new living situation. And best of all, it’s free!
