Rosie Lynch

I have had many jobs in my life, including being the mother of three beautiful and now grown children. The last 10 years I have been on a healing journey both at the emotional and physical level. Connecting with people has been a big part of my healing journey. As I crossed the 50-year threshold, I found that I wanted a new direction, something that would bring me closer to people in a deep and meaningful way.

In January 2005 I was given my first facial by a friend. The facial was absolutely fantastic and it did wonders for my skin. I loved everything about it. My immediate reaction was, “What an incredible thing to do for people!”

In June 2005 I started my training at the Euro Institute of Skin Care to become an esthetician. The curriculum addressed skin care as a total constitutional health program including health and beauty both inside and out. I have enjoyed getting to know women through this means of serving them.

I love giving to people and what a better way to give a person than to pamper them with a facial and help them address their skin care needs. I address all five layers of beauty: spiritual, emotional, mental, sensorial and physical. The end result of my treatment leaves one with a natural, healthy glow that can both be seen and experienced!

Casa de Rosas facial also includes an ear and hand massage and I felt there was more and wanted to learn about. Last year I started training at Seattle Reflexology and Massage Center in Queen Anne as a reflexologist.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a science and an art that is based on the principle that there are microcosms (mini-maps) of the entire body mirrored on the feet, hands and ears. Pressure applied to specific points on these microcosms helps to create balance within the body, soothing the nervous system, improving circulation and reducing stress.

What are the benefits of Reflexology?
  • Reduced Effects of Stress
  • Induces Deep Relaxation
  • Enhances Circulation
  • Cleanses The Body of Toxins & Impurities
  • Improved Digestion
  • Balances The Whole System
  • Revitalizes Energy
  • Increased Sense of Well-being

I welcome the opportunity to share with you the benefits of both reflexology and skin care and aid you on your path to wellness.
