Become a WBE Sponsor

Women's Busines Exchange women and men are looking for satisfying careers, have financial goals, appreciate integrity and quality, and have respect for the environment, education and self.  Most of our members are aged 25-54, and more than half are selfemployed.  Women and men join WBE to network, make connections that will aid their career advancement or career change, attend classes and learn new skills.

Sponsorship of the breakfast costs $650, and is a marvelous opportunity to support women in business and to market your products or services in a positive and inspiring environment.

Sponsor Benefits:

• Your marketing copy appears in the email breakfast reminders sent three different times in the month to our mailing list of approximately 1,000 names.
• Your marketing copy appears on the WBE website and includes links.
• Your sponsorship is promoted twice via email prior to the breakfast and once after the breakfast. Your organization is encouraged to promote within your communities as well.
• At the breakfast, you occupy a twelve-foot sponsor table in a prime location enabling you and your staff to meet every woman who enters.
• Your advertising materials are at every place setting.
• One representative from your company sits at the head table and is introduced to the group. Breakfast is on us!
• Sponsors may hold a drawing for a prize. WBE does not sell the mailing list or attendance lists, so this is a fun way to collect business cards and add names to your own mailing list.
• You have the opportunity to address the audience at the breakfast for a 2-minute infomercial about your company.

Timeline:

Copy for website is due 60 days prior to sponsorship – The copy is a brief, 100- to 150-word description of your organization and should include your web address. This is what will be in the brochure announcing the breakfast, posted on the web site and included in promotional email communications. The tone of the copy should create excitement and cause people to want to come to the breakfast to find out more about your product or service.

Two weeks prior to the sponsorship breakfast you need to supply the name and a 2 sentence introduction of your guest.

Our editor will review the copy, and any changes will be sent to you for approval. The sooner you send the copy the sooner it will be posted on our web site.

Breakfast – Please arrive by 6:30, and check in at the reception desk in the Crystal Room to receive your nametag and meet your guide for the morning. This will give you plenty of time to set up your table.  You can bring whatever you would like to create an attractive display – banners, signs, brochures, posters, giveaways, etc. You might want to bring a bowl to collect business cards. Your guide will be available to help you set up. Many of the participants enjoy speaking to our sponsors during the open networking time of 7- 7:45 am and after the breakfast between 9-9:30 am.
