Breakfast Speakers

Each month at the WBE Breakfast we have an inspirational speaker. Thank you to all of our speakers!  Our speaker for September 2007 was:

Sharon Ramey

Using Gratitude for Growth!

Sharon Ramey is an entrepreneur and a Minister at the Center for Spiritual Living in Seattle. Her diverse business experience spans 25 years and includes:

  • a fashion show business that produced up to 40 shows per week, and grew to three franchises in other states,
  • a highly successful telecom resale service business,
  • another business that offered respiratory therapy in nursing homes, and
  • a real estate investment/management business.
  • Currently, Sharon and her husband Paul own IPS Rebates, a business that helps schools, nursing homes, hospitals, and restaurants obtain much-needed rebates from food manufacturers.

In the process of operating these businesses, Sharon has discovered some of the deeper causes of success in both business and life!

On the subject of her call to ministry, Sharon says it was not exactly an earth-shattering experience; it was "more like an incessant gnat" that kept bugging her until she finally began the coursework that led to a Masters Degree in Consciousness Studies, and a ministerial license. Over time, it became clear to Sharon that she was being called to a ministry in business.

She currently serves as the Director of the SPIRITed Entrepreneurship Ministry at the Center for Spiritual Living in Seattle. This program offers: all-day workshops along with follow-up small groups that emerge from these workshops. In addition, Sharon provides several 8-week classes focusing on prosperity and business, a monthly Better Business Breakfast, and more. Sharon teaches that "there are many spiritual concepts that affect financial growth and joyful thriving." These concepts include setting intentions, gratitude, forgiveness and basic personal attitudes about money. Sharon has discovered that her greatest joy is bringing spiritual principals into business, and teaching the basics of prosperity with her husband Paul.

Join us and be inspired by entrepreneur and Minister Sharon Ramey whose vision is a world where all discover that success and prosperity emerge from within!

Get Inspired!

The August Breakfast is reserved for our wonderful Volunteers. This is an annual, invitation only, event where we pamper and acknowledge those who have volunteered for WBE in the recent past. We will be back to our regular breakfast meeting in September. We hope you will join us then.
