Janaki Severy
Love is the Answer
Almost nobody will dispute that being in love is a wonderful feeling – the giddiness of new love or the grounding of an enduring love. If being in a state of love feels so great, then why limit it only to relationships of a romantic nature? And what is it that is going on in our bodies that makes us feel so good?!
Scientific evidence has shown that being in a state of love increases the body’s ability for the immune system to function, and it decreases stress. Giving and receiving love actually heals the body and feeds the soul. Many of us have experienced the transformative qualities of love. The question is how can we demonstrate and express love in the various components of our lives in ways that are well received and comfortable for us?
Join us on February 12th as the dynamic and entertaining Janaki Severy tells us about love as a permanent state of being. It is a journey of self-awareness, well-being, and compassion for others, and it all begins with loving ourselves. And yes, there are many questions in this vast world to which love is the answer!
