Naomi Kakiuchi, RD, CD, CCP is the founder and president of NuCulinary. As a registered and certified dietitian (RD, CD) and certified culinary professional (CCP), Naomi's experience over the past 25 years includes nutrition, management of large food systems, catering, sales and marketing. She is a professional speaker, culinary food educator, corporate wellness trainer, and consultant. Naomi is a popular cooking instructor for culinary programs at Sur La Table, Bayview Cooking School and J. Matheson Kitchen and Gourmet. She is sought after for keynote speaking engagements encouraging people to nourish themselves, to grow their businesses, and to improve their quality of life.

NuCulinary fuses traditional sensibilities with modern approaches to Asian cooking by incorporating traditional cooking techniques of idigenious cusines and translating it for modern lifestyles.
