NuCulinary fuses traditional sensibilities with modern approaches to Asian cooking by incorporating traditional cooking techniques of idigenious cusines and translating it for modern lifestyles.

NuCulinary provides cooking events that bring people back to the table; reinforcing the pleasure of the senses through hands-on experiences; and creating community and understanding of ourselves as we explore Asian cultures through the food we cook.

In the curriculum, seasonal, everyday menus live next to traditional holiday meals handed down through the generations. In highlighting the flavors of diverse Asian cuisines, each class is chock full of interesting historical facts for the ingredients and the dishes on the menu. Extensive travel throughout Asia provides fodder for the numerous cultural stories and tips handed down by native cooks.

Public cooking classes are offered at Uwajimaya Bellevue, Albert Lee Appliance Culinary Center at Southcenter and other cooking facilities in the Seattle area. You can enjoy NuCulinary services at your home or in the board room or at one of our culinary locations. NuCulinary specializes in using cooking as a team building exercise for businesses, helping teams enjoy each other while building a beautiful meal together.

The NuCulinary website is loaded with ideas on how to turn cooking into a creative, fun and informative experience. Explore their extensive menu of options at www.nuculinary.com.
